I’m happy with it. It’s worth the money. The picture looks better than I expected.

It only took me about ten minutes to install, and they made it feel quick and easy overall.

I ordered from xgimi.com and the shipping was smoother than I thought it’d be. Got the tracking info quick, and the package actually arrived a couple days early. The box looked good too, no dents or damage or anything. Happy with the whole thing.

I was disappointed with the warranty service. It took a while to get replies, and it felt like I kept getting bounced around without anything actually being resolved. Since it was still under warranty, I figured the process would be a lot smoother... but it really wasn’t. Not happy with how XGIMI Tech handled it.

I really wanted to like this more, because the picture actually looks good once it’s dialed in. But the keystone correction keeps drifting like it has a tiny drama queen living inside it, and I end up fixing it almost every time I use the thing. Setup went from “no big deal” to “here we go again, Captain Crooked Screen” fast. For the price, I expected a lot less babysitting.

The autofocus on my XGIMI has been frustrating. It’ll look nice and sharp for a minute, and then somehow it goes a little soft again, especially if I move the projector even slightly. Maybe I’m being too picky, I don’t know, but I keep ending up having to adjust it manually, which kind of defeats the purpose. I really thought this was something I wouldn’t have to think about much

I got the xgimi thinking it’d be simple to use my usual streaming apps, but it’s been annoying. Netflix isn’t really handled well, some apps act weird, and casting isn’t always reliable. For the price, I expected it to just work. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I feel like I’ve been passed around by this TV every time I try to use it. The menus are slow and confusing, and just when I think I’ve found what I need, an app freezes or kicks me back out. It makes something as simple as watching a show feel way more annoying than it should

The picture quality is fine for everyday use, like watching shows while I’m folding laundry or making coffee. But after a few weeks, the casing started creaking a bit whenever I move it, and the stand just feels kind of cheap and wobbly. It still works, but it doesn’t give me a ton of confidence that it’ll hold up long term.

I bought this thinking it would be fine for normal evening watching, but am I wrong for expecting it to be brighter? Unless the room is basically pitch dark, the picture looks kind of washed out. Even with the lights turned way down, brighter scenes feel flat and text is harder to read than I thought it would be.
I really wanted to like it, especially for the price, but I just expected more. I tried messing with the settings and moving it around to see if I could improve it, but the brightness still feels weak to me. Maybe I’m being picky, but I’m disappointed

I picked up the XGIMI because I really didn’t want one of those big permanent projector setups, you know, with wires everywhere and a whole dedicated spot for it. I’ve been moving it from the living room to the bedroom without even thinking about it, and I actually brought it over to a friend’s place once too, which was kind of the moment I was like, okay, this is exactly why I got this thing.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the case could be a little nicer or sturdier, just something that feels more protective when carrying it around. But besides that, I’m happy with it overall and it’s been really convenient

I’ll be honest, I do like the projector itself, so I’m not trying to trash the whole thing or anything. But the support experience was annoying. I messaged them about an issue with the remote and didn’t hear back for days. When they finally replied, it sounded like a generic copy-and-paste answer and didn’t actually solve the problem. I had to explain the same issue all over again, which felt like a waste of time. It wasn’t the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, but for what this projector costs, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect better help.

The picture is totally fine, but the sound was a real letdown. It comes across thin and kind of muffled, especially when watching movies. I ended up having to use a separate speaker most of the time, which was annoying because it felt like they just left the bad audio for me to deal with

I really wanted to like it, but the picture quality was disappointing. Dark scenes looked blurry, what’s the point if you can’t even make out what’s happening half the time? For the price, I just don’t think it was worth it.

I’ve had my XGIMI for about 8 months now, it’s been working well with no random issues so far. The fan can get a bit loud sometimes, but overall I’m happy with it.
